HEX Point is credit point which can be used to pay for any product or service from Helixar Biosciences’ suppliers, in the situation that the supplier does not have online payment method (example: credit card payment).
Buy and use the HEX point shall follow Helixar Biosciences’s Terms and Conditions.
How to buy and use the HEX point?
1.When placing an order, Buyer may be requested to show the agreement/Quotation signed between Buyer and Supplier. The agreement/quotation shall mention (1) the value of the project in Euro, and (2) Buyer and Supplier both agree the payment is made by HEX Point”.
2.Buyer place an order through Helixar website. Transaction cost which is equal to 5% of the agreement value will be charged by Helixar and it is not refundable.
3.Helixar will send a purchase proof to the buyer through parcel.
4.Buyer will receive the invoice by email, when the balance/refund is due.
5.Refund: note that, the 5% transaction cost and the parcel shipping is not refundable.
